STM32F746G-DISCO - fail RESERVED BITS when copy bin from mbed

Hi, I have a problem with my stm32f46g disco board. When I want to compile program on mbed.org and after that copy that file to disco board I get a fail.txt and info: RESERVED BITS. What happen? I may connect with ST-Link, its connects without problem.

Or perhaps start by getting the most current firmware on the ST-LINK?
