Wurth has ready transformers for AC/DC supplies for 12V, 24V and 48V for 150W, 200W and 250W ratings. The details can be found here: http://katalog.we-online.de/en/pbs/WE-LLCR?sid=f6723a16ca

Can these be used readily for the stated voltage and power rating in the AC/DC designs using eDesignSuite?

Thanks in advance for any help and hints.

Regards,

Ravindra.

Dear Sir.,

thank you for your interest on our products and on eDesignSuite.

We agree with you that the possibility to use an already commercially available transformer in an AC/DC design is appealing for the user.

We have in plan to update our AC/DC solution complementing our current approach of allowing the user the rough design of the transformer with a design starting from an existing commercial product.

In this sense the Wurth transformers are surely good candidates.

At the moment if you want use the suggested products in an eDesignSuite solution you have to define a custom transformer that replicate their main features at the detail level you consider more suitable.
