STM32F303 Discovery to prototype board - code doesn't run

Had code running on the Discovery board, but although it loads OK it doesn't appear to run on my prototype board.

BOOT0 = GNDPF0-OSC_IN is being fed with a 16MHz approx triangle waveNRST = Hi (after manual switch to Lo)Any suggestions?

The answer appears to be that Discovery F3 provides an external 8MHz clock. My external clock is 16MHz, so I need to alter a divider in system_stm32f30x.c or alternatively use the internal HSI clock
