the problem described under subject appears in a bootloader (iap) application.
The bootloader should start and send a start message to a terminal programm. The message never appears, but the software was running. It seems that only the start message disappears. The solution: I added a delay (200ms) because the STM32 starts very early from reset. The voltage is not raised to the full level. So the RS-232 driver haven't enough voltage and the message doesn't go out.
