Hi all,

I have to interface external oscillator to stm32f407igt6 which is having 16Mhz internal frequency and i need to boost it to 168Mhz frequency by connecting a 25Mhz external  oscillator so can anyone give capacitor and resistor values that i need to interface external oscillator to my STM32F407igt6.

Thank you,

Take a look at ST's AN2867 - Application Note for Oscillator design guide.

Schematics for development boards would also be a good place to look.

An external oscillator, or an external crystal? For an oscillator (TCXO, OCXO, etc) connect HSE_IN, and BYPASS mode. Change PLL and HSE_VALUE to reflect.
