What is the range of capacitor sizes recommended to AC couple the substrate (exposed paddle) to ground? A 0.22uF is shown in the Application Note AN3961. Is there a limit on maximum size? Can the substrate be connected to the most negative HV supply?

Dear Reel,

your question is clear, yes, the substrate, througth the exposed pad, it si preferable to filter it by a HV capacitor connected to clean GND, in principle there is no limit to the maximum value of this capacitor.

It can also be connected to HVM0.
