I made a mistake of not putting BOOT0 pin connect to ground, which the STM32L051 MCU is not working at the moment.  Is it possible to rewrite the bootloader to I could avoid checking the BOOT0 pin for development purpose only?  The deadline would be too close for me to make another set of board.

If rewriting the bootloader is a method to go, any pointer to where to find the info?

Thanks.

No.

Lift the pin, use a jumper wire, or drill out the pin, etc. Whatever remediation techniques you have to address the connectivity issue.

Sorry to reply late.  Yes, made another board, and it is all working now.

Thanks!
