Usart don't get any charater and can't debug when use battery for stm8l

Hello everyone,

I''m using stm8l to control my robo through bluetooth, and I have to use battery for my project.

But when I use battery for my stm8l, My stm8l don't get any character I send from my usart.

When I send any string from my usart, it return the string which I have just send but my program don't do this.

And I try to debug on battery. But it can not.

Please help me if you have any ideal.
