STM32F7 Unlock Process

I have an F7 processor that I cannot get out of sleep.  I can communicate with it using the ST-Link tool, however I am unable to debug the part anymore.  The JLINK unlock tool does not support the F7 parts yet.  Can the ST-Link do this?
