ST-LINK v2 4MhzClock cause issues with PWR_REGULATOR_VOLTAGE_SCALE3 configuration

Hi there,

A notice to MCD TEAM, it seems that on STM32L1, when configuring scaling voltage to PWR_REGULATOR_VOLTAGE_SCALE3 it crashes the debug when in Max clock configuration (4MHz).It's fine when the debug probe is below this frequency.Regards. #pwr_regulator_voltage_scale3

I am not enable to reproduce the issue using an STM32 L1 discovery board,so could you please precise if you are using a custom board or an  ST board .-Syrine-
