Please don't do that, it damages the integrity of the forum

''Hi

I am using STM32F407 micro to implement UART communication with two HW modules using UART4 and UART5.

I used CUBE Mx to generate my code one of them is configures with 9 data bits and one parity bit ,send and receive in interrupt mode while the other is configured 8 data bits and no parity bits , send in polling mode and receive in interrupt mode

The Problem is That I a parity Error handler called from the 8data bits ISR?

IS that normal?, How can I avoid such problem?

Salam

Hi Clive,

I sent the post and the next day I discovered the cause of the problem, while my description of it was not accurate, I tried to remove the post but couldn't find a method on the forum to remove the post.

I removed the body body of the message and expected that will remove the whole message.

Hi Hossam,

I agree with Clive1.

The recommended practice is to edit or add a new post saying that the problem was resolved & if possible also tell other forum users what was the solution. This will be more helpful & very appreciated.
