Hello,

although I was reading through the referrence manual, I couldnt find the answer to my question: Does anyone know when changes of the TIM CCMR ( Timer Capture Compare Mode Register) are taken into account?

For example, if I want to change from PWM1 to Toggle mode in the loop, is this taken into account emidiately? Or for example after an update event?

How ''safe'' is it, to change the values on the fly?

Im using the SMT32F429.

Thank you very much!

The preload functionality would determine if updates occur at the update event or immediately.
