Hi. I cant find in datasheet of L298 suggestion for current and other spec for the externall diodes when L298 outputs are paralleled. And, can i expect 4A current when outputs are paralleled. Thanks.

Hi,

In this case the diodes must be 4A fast diodes; they need to sustain the same current of the power stage.

In the parallel mode the equivalent power stage is ideally able to manage up to 4 A DC, but you need to take some margin because it is not guarantee that the load current is actually splitted in two equal parts. One of the two BJTs will probably sink\source more current than the other.
