pin 1 in the L6390 driver is LIN- (active low) 

Is this mean that the pulses of this input will be inverted ?

also the pin SD-

Hi,

active low means that the respective function is activated when the logic signal is low instead of high (internally inverted).

e.g. forcing the SD pin low the device is shutdown.
