Hi,

sometime I get the error 'Failed to resolve name'. I always call the same address - so the address is valid. If I get this error I have to reset the module.

What failures cause this error?

BR,

Flow

Internal buffer for DNS reply was a little bit too small into FW3.5 (compared with FW3.4)

It has been increased into FW3.5.3. This is why it's working again.

If anybody else will have this problem:

I still do not know, why this error occurs. But it seems to be a bug in FW 3.5. After updating some modules to FW 3.5.3 I didn't get this error again...

Thanks for explanation.

Are further updates for the SPWF01 module planned?

Great! Early or late Q1 2018?

If it is early, I will wait and do not bring out the FW 3.5.3...

No date at the moment.

It's suggested to update, but it's not mandatory. It's up to you...

Hi Gerry,

we have Q1 2018: Can you tell me when the firmware update will be released?

Thank you.
