What is the meaning of IP in the STM32CubeMX software? I looked at the documentation, but I dont find it and google obviously show me TCP/IP. Thank you.

Well, in IP menu appears: ADC1, ADC2, ADC3, CAN1, CAN2, CRC, DAC, DCMI, ETH... etc. So I don´t  think it means Intellectual Property.

IP refers to peripherals, in that context.

Hi Vinicio,

I confirm what was said by jb.

But as I see with CubeMX 4.8, I think that it was replaced by correct word (Peripheral). Is there any location where ''IP'' is still being used?

Hello Mayla. I just realized that I am using version 4.2.0. I am going to update to 4.8.0 today!

Thank you.
