I came across your portfolio for MEMS-acceleration-sensors and the H3LIS331DL suits my needs for a new developed pcb-design.

I came across the non-linearity column in the data-sheet and wondered whether I understand the information correctly.

Does 2% non-linearity mean that in Full Scale from -70 to 70 [g] (140g total) I could measure a difference of around 2.8g?

e.g. The Device measures in between 7.2 and 12.8 [g] by an actual g-Force level of 10g.

Thank you for your help!

Are there any proven signs, that the sensor H3LIS331DL has a linear response-graph for low-g ranges and the only matter of the non-linearity line is for the high-g range.

e.g. The sensor has a nearly linear curve for acceleration up to 20g. Afterwards it begins to have a larger non-linearity of up to 2%.

Does anybody has had contact with the type of question, or even more helpful: Does anybody has a response graph where you can see the responsivity in worst case?

Thank you very much! I also wrote to STM-support and I will post the Reply.
