Hello, I've been going through this STM models datasheet, but I could find info if it is possible, to use the provided Vrefint as ADC reference? In the datasheets I could only find that the ADC reference is Vdd, but since Vdd is not very stable, it would be much better to get the voltage from internal reference as ADC reference.

No. You can use Vrefint only indirectly, to ''calibrate'' VDDA.

It's not VDD, but VDDA Try to make VDDA as stable and ''quiet'' as possible. Read also AN2834.

Thanx, much appreciated 🙂
