Hello,

How to easy increase external sdram from 8MB to > 16MB? Do you know any chip 8Mx16, 16Mx16, 32Mx16 and the same package? In my opinion this kit should have minimum 16MB ram... #stm32f7-disco-sdram-uclinux-eth #pins-package-sdram-ethernet-iot

Check Micron's site, the list should be fairly short.

Removing the BGA and dealing with the close proximity resistors and caps looks to be loads of fun.

Artistic soldering again:)  I found only one micron mem in this package - 90pins. Any suggestions? New pcb? Another mem company?
