Convert BMP to HEX RGBA ARRAY

Hi, i just wanna ask how to convert BMP images to hex rgba arrays as 0xF75AFFDE,

0xFF78F738, 0xFFFFFFDD, 0xEF12FFBC, 0xEF59EF12, 0x8C69B570....etc

There is an example of LTCD about how to display one layer and it shows the image in a header file made by more than 65000 of those kind of arrays.

Can you give me any ideas to convert bmp to 0x hex rgba arrays?

fopen, fread, fclose, fprintf? Some pretty basic file and data manipulation.
