Desktop app compatible with STM32CubeFunctionPack_MOTENV1_V3.3.0 ?

The title says it all really!

I have the above package talking to Ios but having a desktop app would be more productive as I would be able to intercept the communications with Wireshark to debug what is going on.

Does such a beast exist?
