Driving LCD panel with stm32f7

Hello, I am designing a board  with a STM32F7 to interface a LCD 800x600, LVDS input. So I use a sn75LVDS84. But I want to know how wire RGB port and LVDS converter.

At now I use RGB666 format (R[7..2], G[7..2], B[7..2], and LCD is in 6 bits mode.

But in datasheet I haven't seen  RGB666 format, just 888 or 565. Is my design work?
