Does ST have a processor in a SOT23 package ?  5 or 6pin would be great.

what is the smallest processor physically available ?

QFN is pretty small.

NXP once sent me an ARM chip on a tiny package the size of a pencil head. forgot its package name.

5x5mm is relatively small

If that's too big there is a 4x4mm part, and a 2.097x2.493mm wafer scale part
