Does CubeMx implement the workarounds described on the erratas file or that is the user's job?

Well perhaps some of them. Usually protects you from the hazards related to the AHB/APB clock enables, and TIM->SR flag clearing etc.

Probably less so the Cortex's tail chaining pipeline hazard.

I'd recommend you keep the errata in mind as you code your solution. Cube is just a frame-work creator, assuming it is much else is perhaps dangerous.

Tips, buy me a coffee, or three.. PayPal Venmo Up vote any posts that you find helpful, it shows what's working..

Dear user,

it is part of our process now. Starting with STM32CubeMX 4.17 (coming out soon), STM32CubeMX shall reveal MCUs limitations as listed in the errata sheet.
