Hello,

I would like programming SPI communication betwen master and slave. With STM32CubeMX generated code for Keil with config for my board. In Cube activated SPI1 and HalfDuplex mode, other leave default. I couldn't found in generated code, clock config for SPI pins and Initialization of SPI1 Pin, I added this in my code but I didn't on SPI output nothing, where I have a problem?

Hi mocnik.grega,

stm32f4xx_hal_msp.c (MSP = MCU Support package): this file defines all initialization functions to configure the IP instances according to the user configuration (pin allocation, enabling of clock, use of DMA and Interrupts).

Thank's for help, I didn't saw this file, now I delete my Initialization in main.c and call function HAL_SPI_MspInit(&hspi1);, abowe   MX_GPIO_Init(); and  MX_SPI1_Init(); in while (1) loop would like send data with HAL_SPI_Transmit(&hspi1, &data, 1, 10);

HAL_Delay(100); but on SPI ouput nothing.

What am I  doing wrong?

Can you toggle those two pins when set to Output, ''manually''?

Can you transmit on SPI when set to normal full-duplex mode rather than bidirectional?
