VREFINT, Temperature sensor always returns 4095 value (STM32F3 Discovery board)

When I disable bit VREFEN, value of VREFINT is still 4095.

Just for more information. I also tested with VBAT, and the return value is about 3050. On the board, VBAT is connected to VDD = VDDA = VREF+. If correctly, it must be 4095.

Testing with other external channels (ADC1_IN2/IN3), the result is ok.

So, what's the problem with internal channels? I can't figure out it.
