ARM chips programmers

Hi guys, I view arm programmers and ti msp programmers.there is nest of chip in Msp's programmers(for unmounted chips).But ı have not found for arm chips.Can programmer board in below programed for arm chips?if there is programmer board(of nest) for arm chips,if you talk me that,you make me happy. thanks...

I think you misunderstood the problem.

What exactly is your budget for a stand-alone programmer? Could you not fashion a break-out board with a socket to achieve this? Most people just use JTAG/SWD directly to the board because it kill multiple birds with one stone.
