STM32F103CB ADC Long Term Stability / temperature drift

Hello,

We are planning to discharge a Li-Ion battery and measure the voltage of the battery with a STM32F103CB. This voltage should be used to terminate the discharge.

We plan to calibrate the ADC of the STM32F103CB to the voltage around the level when discharge is finished. I've read in the AN2834 how I can decrease the temperature gain/offset errors as well as other errors. I'm wondering how much does the ADC offset and gain drift over time in terms of long term stability?

Is the temperature-error as well quantifiable?

Has anyone else experiences on measuring voltages as accurate as possible with the STM32F103CB?

Thanks for your answer

Not sure I'd describe the STM32F1 as having an accurate or precision ADC...

If I were try to model things, I'd look at the Internal Temperature and VREFINT, and reflect on the stability of the external supply over temperature.
