Thank you for your patronage.  Please tell me how to calculate the dead time or determine dead time in this figure. 

I understand that

HCLK = 84MHz

Prescaler = 83

Counter Period = 99

Pulse = 20

Dead Time = 150

so frequency = 10kHz, Duty ratio = 20%. 

But I can't understand dead time is 2?s.

Basically it should be like 1/84000000 = 11.9ns. So you can have deadtime between 0 and 1511ns (11.9*127) with 11.9ns steps.

So for 2us, deadtime value should be like 168. 

Thats what i think.
