I am not able to ISP program a ST92F150 TQFP100 when using the ST92F150-EPB programmer. Programming of the PQFP100 version works fine.

Is this programmer only support the PQFP100 version ? What tool would I need for the TQFP100 one ?

I had the same issue with my ST92F150-EPB programmer version V2.00. It looks like the PCB traces for the TQFP100 are not correct.

So, either you upgrade your programmer to version V2.01 or later (the trace are then correct) or you do the upgrade to V2.01 yourself. This upgrade consists in 9 steps

- on the components side of the board :

1. cut the track going between RS1-9 and RS1-

- on the solder side of the board :

1. cut the track between U1-5 and the via which is on the track from U1-5 to U6-9.

2. cut the track from U7-5.

3. cut the track from U7-7.

4. connect a wire between U1-4 et U1-5.

5. connect a wire from U1-6 to the via which is on the track from U1-5 to U6-9.

6. connect a wire from W1-7 to U7-5.

7. connect a wire from W1-7 to U1-7.

8. connect a wire from U1-25 to U1-8. (RXCLK)

This should solve your problem

If you have at least one PQFP100 device, you can use it as a driver of the ISP protocol on the EPB even, if you are programming a TQFP100 on your application board.
