I would like to use ST7F521 with a 3.3V Fpga, I have been said that the 2 additionnal port (G and H) of the 80 pins version are TTL whereas the port in the 64pin version are all in true cmos level (3.5v min for H level).

I want to have confirmation of this information.

Thanks.

The additional ports are TTL but your main concern would be that the newer revision silicon (datasheet v1.6) supports only 3.8-5.5v operating conditions.
