Does anybody knows, How can i read the ROM Contents? Is it Possible to read it? If yes, Can i also read the option bytes?

you can read the rom contents in normal run mode as you would any location in memory. The only way to read the options is IAP mode (if the device supports it) or by external programmer.

Take care:

if it is realy a ROM device (with metal mask instead of Flash memory) you can NOT read the option byte, neither via IAP nor with an external programmer.

If the ROM device is readout protected, you have also no chance to read the ROM content.

Yes it is possible to read the ROM device using STVP7 and EPB. There is a short procedure to be followed. But it is not possible to read the option bytes. For detailed procedure please refer AN1635.
