But what DIMM organization I need?
It is possible to use a
16Mbit x 64 = ( 8Mbit x 16 ) x 8
dimm module (or sodimm) ?
where on dimm module there is eight (8Mbit x 16) sdram chip
Something like Samsung M464S1724FTS
