i would like to know whether there is any internal XRAM in uPSd3233?
if it is,plz let me know how to access it using KEIL c-51.
for eg:
if we want to put some data at some xdata location & want to read it back.& if we define it as follows.
unsigned char xdata char = 0x61;
put_char(char);
while reading ,we rae always getting 0xff (blank condition).
