We are interesting to use the component UPSD33XX in new design.

We use JTAG test software from JTAG Technology for manufacturing test of assembled PCB.

At the moment we have a bsdl file for UPSD32XXAU component.

My attempt to use this BSDL file I think that UPSD32XXAU has a very limited support!for JTAG test.

I found that UPSD32XXAU hasn’t boundary scan sells and has only TAP controller

Please send me if possible relevant information about support!of IEEE 1149.1 in

UPSD33XX and UPSD32XX.

Sorry our uPSD devices do not have boundary scan cells, only TAP controller is available. The BSDL files for uPSD33xx is not yet available at this time, we will sent it to you as soon as it becomes available.
