ST72F324J/K Option byte

In the Datasheet of ST72324J/K the default Option Byte value is E7EF,

which means oscillator range (Option Byte 1: bit3,bit2,bit1) is set

at value 111binary. According to the Datasheet this does not seem to

correspond to any allowed bit combination. If I leave bit3 set, will

my MCU still function without any problems or side-effects .

Thanx in advance!

Hello,

This is an error in documentation. STVP7 uses a default option byte value of E7E7 and will not allow you to change bit3 of option byte 1.
