Hello Eris,

This document is very useful for us, thank you very much.

We used this document, STR912FW44 and MR2A16 MR Ram and programmed our board.

If we write 0x1234 (16 bits hex value) to 0x30000000 EMI adress we read it back as 0x1234 and everything is OK.

But if we write 0x12345678 (32 bits hex value) to 0x30000000 EMI adress we read it back as 0x12341234 and we fail.

How can we solve this problem?

Thank you very much for your concern.

Hi STR9' lovers,

Can somebody tell me if the application note ''Using the STR91xFA external memory interface (EMI)'' already published in the Web is helpful and matches your needs?

Hi akar,

At first, thanks for your valuables feedbacks.

Regarding your issue I'm unable to reproduce it, so it will be helpful if send to me an example jut reproducing the issue.

It will be great if you send your schematic as well.

Kind regards,

Eris.

Hello Eris,

I apologize, because this problem is our mistake.

We designed an Arm7 board and programmed it. After that we carried our project to Arm9. In Arm7 we connected 16 bit MRAM device MRAM AD0 pin to Arm7 AD1 pin and it worked well. But in Arm9 we have to connect MRAM AD0 Pin to Arm9 AD0 pin and choose EMI_Bank_MemWidth as EMI_Width_HalfWord.

We never do it so and this problem happened.

Thank you very much for your concern.
