when generating a PWM with the AR-Timer as described in AN590, is there a buffer for the Compare Register or is it internally updatet only at overflow ?
Can it happen that the PWM output is wrong for one cycle if I write into the Compare Register a smaller value at the wrong time (i.ex. just before the Compare value is reached) ?
What happens if I the Compare value is just reached when I am writing into this register ?
Or is it completely ''fool-proof'' ?
