I have a project want to add VFT display (20-30 dot)

I dont have experience in VFT.

Is it similar with LCD? Need external driver IC? (Any recommend)

Or can we use software to do? (Use GPIO to do)

Have you selected any particular VFT? If yes, Can you provide the specification for that?
