Hi all,

after putting the power jack into the board, a blaze occurred and I'm not able to run the demos. (only the power LED is on).

I tested the power in the board and it seems ok.

I cheked the communication between the MCU adn the PC with WinEpromer, and I'm able to read the program inside the demo MCU.

Any Idea?

Thank's

For the demo to work properly, read ''Running the demonstration Programs'' in ST623X kit manual(page 19,20,21).

Check that:

1.ST6232 Programmed with demo32.hex must be plugged into the socket.

2.The kit should be in the user mode.

Let me know if you still faced the problem.

Before the blaze I ran the demo without any problem, is it possible that something has been broken in the MCU?

Addictional question:

How can I do in order to use LED indicators, UART port and 7-segment display with the socket of 6230? I verified that there is no link between yhe socket and the jumpers or the I/Os pin in the board
