Hi,

I am currently designing an application with ST62E20, i realy need it to work with 3V power supply, but when i turn on my design, microcontroller sweetches itself into internal clock state, everything is going slower, when i supply it with 5V everything is OK. There are some option bytes but i've no clue how to change them because i don't have this option in my programmer. What can I do?

Thanks Paul

Remember as per the datasheet @ 3v the maximum osc frequency is 4MHz
