ICP programming differnece between ST7 DVP and Softec tool?

phenomenon:

ST72F324K6TC used, programming via ICP with ST7MDT20-DVP3,

after finish programming program memory, and before programming the option byte, there is a message

''Please set the Option Bytes as 'Read Protect Disable' '',

but the option byte setting is E747H, which is read protect disable!

after then it can not be read nor erase!

but using Softec Indart tool, it is OK!

any possible explanation for above condition?

Sorry for late reply!

the S/W version of STVP is around 1.6.x !

can you help answer another question,

why I read out a programmed ST72F324K6TC ,

and the option byte is FF FF!!

to my understanding , FF FF can not even be set via STVP!
