I'm not sure I understand your problem entirely. Are you saying that you have a 3V uPSD part and you're using a 74HCT367 to convert from 3V to 5V? If so, the specifications for the HCT series of parts suggest you're right on the borderline of them not switching properly in the first place. Assuming you're powering the 367 at 5V, it's Vih spec will be more than 3.15V. You're pushing the upper limit of 3.3V and things are going to be pretty marginal. Maybe that's what you're seeing?

I have a control board with a microPSD 3312, with the lines P4.0 to P4.5 I connect these lines to a circuit 74HCT367 ( conversor 3,3 vol. to 5 volt.) and the output ot this circuit is connected to a TPIC6259. Many times when I connect the conrol board, this circuit ( TPIC6259) has some lines broken, and I don´t know Why. Could someone help me please ) thanks.
