Programming Flash & Options from Ram.

I am just starting to use the Raisonance REva starter kit STM32 for the device STM32F103RBT6.

I need to program / erase the Flash memory from a program running in RAM.

I think ST have some example projects / programs for this, but I can't find them.

Please can anyone help me locate them or any other similar examples.
