Where are option bytes in DVP3 emulator?

I emulate an St7lite19 with DVP3. My micro work with fCPU = 1Mhz with PLLx8 (total 8Mhz).

When i simulate with DVP3 at 8Mhz don't work but it work only at 16Mhz. Why?

I must setting option bytes? But where are the option bytes?
