Our analog input ranges from 0 to 4V, so my question is:

can I use the ADC in uPSD3354DV ? In other words, I'd like to set reference voltage Vref = 4.096 V, supply analog circuits with AVcc = 5V, MCU Module Vcc= 3.3V, and PSD module Vdd=3.3V, is this setting feasible?

Hi,

AVref maximum is 3.6V! So you cannot use a higher voltage reference!

You have to scale down your input voltage to a range that will not damage the MCU.
