Posted on May 17, 2006 at 10:24The datasheet tells me that the minimum endurance of the HD Flash is 100 cycles. This seems to be rather little compared to other micocontroller families, especially when you want to develop big programs which involves many hundred up to a few thousand test and rewrite cycles. So what's the typical number of write / erase cycles the HD-Flash will reach without a failure ?
