Hi there,

could somebody explain if there is a some difference between programming ST10F369Z2Q3 and ST10F269Q3? I didn't find anything on the web about that...

I use the same programming routines which are working properly with Z2Q3 version and on the Q3 version it sometimes workes but mostly not. I think could be programming fault, when I read flash after erasing I have 0xFF.

Thank you for any reply.

With best regards, Bary

Hello,

When reading the Flash after erasing it, it is normal that read byte is 0xFF because the default state of an erased byte is 0xFF.

Concerning programming ST10F369Z2Q3 and ST10F269Q3, there is no difference.

Thanks for your reply, I know that normal state after good erasing is 0xff. I would say that erasing is working good but programming is wrong. I asked sales office in Prague and he said he doesn't know series Q3 od ST10F269. It's strange...
