I have bought a RLINK-stx in the last two weeks, but it became BAD.

It was not be found by PC, both PID and VID is 0000.

I think the code inside the RLINK (ST72651) was lost. Where can I find the download CODE.

Hi,

The RLink code is not public, so we will not send it to you.

But this is very probably NOT what you need anyways: The behavior you describe can be caused by many other things that wrong RLink code, most probably an electrical conflict or Windows USB driver problem. But for the code of the RLink to be lost, you'd have to have tried to reprogram it or something...

I'll need more information for helping you:

. Did it work at some time and then stopped working, or was it out of order when you received it?

. Please try to plug it while making sure that nothing is connected to the other side. As I said before, an electrical conflict on the target board could prevent the RLink from working.

. Please tell me how the LEDs behave when you plug it.

Depending on your answers, I'll be able to help you or I'll ask you more questions or we'll exchange the RLink.

Best Regards,

Vincent (Raisonance support)
