in FLASH PROGRAMMING REFERENCE MANUAL V 3.0

3.2 DEBUG PROTECTION

If bit DBGP of FLASH_NVAPR0 is programmed at 0, the device becomes Debug protected:

debug features JTAG pins and Flash SystemMemory mode are disabled.

Is External Memory boot mode enabled or disabled after Debug protected ?

if it is Enabled, When Boot from External Memory, Flash B0 and B1 can be readed out via program in External Memory ?

Hi,

I confirm this for you ''When the Debug Access Protection is activated for the Flash memory, RAM and EXTMEM boot modes are no longer available.''

This info is not yet in the reference manual.

Regards.

Thx, RISC !
